    Beauty industry and influencers have become synonymous!! There are so many things I learned yesterday at this brilliant event organized by one of the leading face in UK beauty & skincare ecosystem, Noelle Mahdi Shine. Sharing the gold nuggets from “The future of influence” 👉🏻 Major change is how consumers think about brands is, a few years back they wanted to aspired but not they want to relate. Influencers that are genuine and connect with the audiences on a common ground go a long way. 👉🏻 Beauty as a product purchase has very high cycle of purchase. Its multi touch points, often needs online + retail from education to considetation to purchase. 👉🏻 Retail experience still beats online, with about 20-40% conversion rate on retail, online averages at 3-4%. Major contribution is because of instore influence. 👉🏻 Consumers still are unsure about online reviews and most would say they are all fake but on the other hand they do look at this content to relate to solutions of problems they are looking for in the product they want to but. This is a tought one. 👉🏻 AI is here and they are embracing it. They are all excited to see how it makes their customer journies better and helps with decision making faster. Great panel and insights from a wonderful evening. Cooee helped Fitspire drive a 4% conversion rate with its visitor intent-driven campaigns and achieve a 10% increase in average order value (AOV).
