Throughout my time there, I continued to oversee our various projects and operations, ensuring everything ran smoothly even from a distance. As a team, we delved into brainstorming sessions, strategic planning, and team bonding activities. A memorable highlight was our Table Mountain team hike - more than just a physical activity; it was a strategic move to enhance our cohesion and unity. Recently, I had the pleasure of celebrating a friend's birthday while gazing up at the stunning views of Table Mountain and Lion's Head in Cape Town. At that moment, as I gazed up at the peaks, I couldn't help but reflect on the levels it takes to scale those mountains. Having tackled Lion's Head numerous times myself, I know firsthand that the final push up those rocky cliffs is not just a physical feat but a mental one as well.
