🌍 The CX World Games: Making a Global Impact Through Customer Experience 🎯 Back in 2020, our founder Christopher Brooks had an incredible idea — using CX to make a difference during the height of the pandemic. The CX World Games were born, and designed to be fun, engaging, and impactful while offering real value at no cost to participants. 🎮💡 What started as a hopeful call for volunteers to share their time and talent has grown into an annual global event! 🌟 Now, we run both international and regional games, making CX innovation accessible in multiple languages. 🌐 Over a 3-4 week period, expert CX captains lead diverse, randomly assigned teams to solve real-life challenges from charities and NGOs. 🚀 These organizations aim to improve their donor, volunteer, and beneficiary experiences, and all the solutions provided by the teams are handed over to make a tangible difference. 🏆 It only takes a moment to spark a brilliant idea.
