    We are excited to announce that London Green and Mitheridge Capital Management have submitted a planning application for Hardess Yard, our co-living and light industrial scheme in Brixton. Designed by PLP Architecture, Hardess Yard will deliver 320 co-living studios alongside 1,500 square metres of light industrial floorspace catered towards the creative sectors. Adjacent to Loughborough Junction railway station and other key transport links, the location ensures easy access for residents and businesses across Brixton and the wider London area. In collaboration with Lambeth Council and other key stakeholders, we have carefully tailored Hardess Yard to align with local priorities. Targeting WELL Platinum and BREEAM Outstanding, the scheme will contribute towards the area's environmental, social, and economic landscape.
