💬 “It’s hard asking for help, but sometimes you’ve got no choice. This support has given me a bit of breathing space to figure things out.” Linzi, who lives with Crohn’s disease, found herself drowning in thousands of pounds of energy debt. Unable to work and with her heating essential for her health, the costs kept piling up. Through Lightning Reach, Linzi was matched with YES Energy Solutions and received a £360 grant to help clear some of her energy debt, giving her much-needed relief. "I wasn’t expecting anything like that. Just seeing the amount go down made a huge difference - it was such a relief."
