In our latest edition of the Quick Connections series - familiarising you with our talented team at LilaConnect UK - we spoke to none other than Paul Parry, our Marketing Manager. Paul joined us in July 2024, but he’s been part of the LilaConnect UK journey for much longer. Before stepping into his role here, Paul led our account at specialist Newcastle-under-Lyme-based Marketing & Creative agency, Strategi Solutions, where he became deeply familiar with our brand. Now, he heads up our marketing team, working with skilled partners and suppliers to drive our strategy forward and grow LilaConnect UK’s visibility and revenue. With over 40 years of marketing experience (though he doesn’t look it), Paul has seen it all - from traditional marketing to today’s digital transformations. Within his first 36 hours on the job, Paul and his team redefined our quarterly marketing plan, achieving an incredible 110% uplift in website sales in just three months. This rapid success reflects the culture at LilaConnect UK, where collaboration and innovative thinking are always encouraged. What does Paul love most? The LilaConnect team, of course. We’re a close-knit group and have a shared commitment to delivering the best possible broadband experience to our customers. We had a fantastic time attending the Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce Patron's Autumn Lunch today! It was an honour to listen to the heartfelt speech by Lou Macari, a former football player and manager who has dedicated himself to helping eradicate homelessness in Stoke-on-Trent. Today marks an important milestone in our work with the Stoke-on-Trent City Council on the Silicon Stoke project. 🎉 Over 80% of premises in Stoke-On-Trent – that’s 103,784 residential and commercial properties - now have access to lightning-fast gigabit full-fibre broadband. ⚡ This milestone is another step forward for Stoke-on-Trent in line with the UK government’s target to have #fullfibre technology available nationwide by 2030. 🏘️ As stated by Jan Lange, LilaConnect UK’s Managing Director: “This is a testament to the dedication and collaborative teams in Stoke-on-Trent.
