For the past two years, our Lineview Team has been collaborating with the exceptional team at the Tullamore Distillery in Ireland, utilising our benchmarking tool to guide their Operational Excellence journey. This week, Miguel Ferreira and Chris Spray conducted their third audit of the Tulamore plant, and the results were outstanding! The entire site team demonstrated remarkable progress, significantly closing the gap from previous assessments. Their dedication to action closure, escalation processes, and rigorous routines within the factory is now among the best we've observed globally. This isn't just an audit for audit's sake. The maturity of their operational system has translated into a significant uplift in performance and tangible value for the business. This is what true operational excellence is all about!
