🥇 Industry leading | FCSA accredited provider of umbrella and agency support services.

About us

We help contractors and agencies make payroll easy while enjoying all the unique added benefits we offer. You will get an expert team dedicated to supporting you all the way while being under an FCSA accredited provider. Ask yourself these 3 questions: ❓ Are you a contractor looking for freedom, flexibility and benefits? ❓ Are you an agency looking for a great service for your contractors, along with insights from HMRC and leading industry bodies? ❓ Do you wish to be a part of an umbrella company that strives to provide the best service experience in the UK? Did you answer 'YES' to any of these questions? Then keep reading 👇 We can tell you with our 15 years’ experience that there's no bigger pain than not getting paid on time. Of course, getting money to banks is what umbrella companies do, but we are committed to doing it better. We’ve talked to thousands of agencies and contractors about their experience of umbrella companies and found that much of the time contractors are just treated as payroll numbers, not people. It's rare to find an umbrella company where you 'enjoy' the process and find it 'easy'. Our mission is to turn that on its head by creating a community where you are valued and supported - a home of contracting and contractors. If you like what we stand for, take the next step and come on board with our quick and easy sign up process. You’ll soon be enjoying same day payments and a host of other benefits. 👀BUDGET 2024 HEADLINES AT A GLANCE Chancellor Rachel Reeves has delivered Labour’s first Budget in 14 years, bringing significant changes in tax, National Insurance, and the National Living Wage: Tax Increases: A £40 billion rise in taxes was announced, with changes impacting both individuals and businesses. National Insurance: The Employer’s National Insurance rate will increase by 1.2 percentage points, bringing it to 15%. Additionally, the Secondary Threshold for National Insurance will drop from £9,100 to £5,000 annually, affecting employer contributions. National Living Wage: The National Living Wage will increase by 6.7%, reaching £12.21 per hour, providing a substantial boost to low-wage earners. Other Key Points from Budget 2024 Employment Allowance: This allowance will be raised from £5,000 to £10,500, exempting around 865,000 employers from paying National Insurance next year. Beyond tax and wages, the Budget also outlined extensive investments and policy shifts aimed at bolstering public services and infrastructure: Healthcare and NHS Funding: A £22.6 billion boost in the NHS day-to-day budget and an additional £3.1 billion for capital projects are planned for this year and next. Capital Gains Tax: Rates will increase, with the lower rate moving from 10% to 18% and the higher rate from 20% to 24%. Income Tax Thresholds: These will now rise with inflation beyond 2027/28 rather than remaining frozen. Fuel and Alcohol Duties: The 5p cut in fuel duty will stay in place for another year, while alcohol duty on draught beer will reduce by 1.7%, lowering pub prices slightly. Inheritance Tax and Pension Changes: Inheritance tax thresholds are frozen until 2030, and inherited pensions will be subject to inheritance tax starting in 2027. Public Spending and Growth Forecasts: Total departmental spending will grow by 1.7% in real terms, with GDP growth forecasted at 1.1% in 2024, rising to 2.0% in 2025.
