It’s ‘Game on’ for new numeracy and literacy programmes 🎲
Residents of Lisburn and Castlereagh who wish to boost their numeracy or literacy skills can sign up to the fun, free ‘Gamified Essential Learning Programme’.
Alderman Amanda Grehan, Regeneration and Growth Chair encourages residents to sign up if they are looking to:
🔹 improve their employability by mastering skills employers are looking for
🔹open the door to better job opportunities or promotions
Participants will be motivated by making learning feel like a game, where there is a sense of achievement, progress, and sometimes friendly competition.
This innovative programme will be delivered as part of the Lisburn and Castlereagh Labour Market Partnership Action Plan, which is funded by the Department for Communities.
