🚫 Aren't they a competitor!? Is a question I got asked yesterday, and they were suprised by my responce! During a conversation in the gym, I was praising a business for the amazing work that they do within local schools, and for the sessions that they run within the community. ‘’ Aren't they a competitor ‘’, I was then asked - you shouldn't be praising/recommending them!? 😱 But why shouldn't I? So here's my view……. A lot of people on the outside may think businesses like mine, see other business who are similar to us as ‘ Competitors ‘ but you see, I see it totally different! The way I see it, is that we are all working together ( albeit under a different brand ) to achieve one common goal, and that is to positively impact a Childs life, health and wellbeing. As long as a child is happy, healthy and enjoying physical exersice then I really dont care where they get there exercise from as long as they are enjoying themselves. If for whatever reason a child can't attend one of our sessions then I will always recommend another company. 🧱All providers initially build and set up their businesses, with the intention of doing something that they love and to positively impact a Childs life at the same time, and quite simply one provider can't do this alone, so we need lots of amazing providers to achieve this goal which we are all so passionate about. I'm so proud to be a part of an industry where founders all share the same passion, drive and dedication to create something special for our children, sheer love for our profession is why we do what we do, and for that reason alone, I simply see us as a TEAM, one big family who are all working collectively to achieve one BIG goal - to get as many children involved in physical activity as we possibly can! 👏 So, there are no competitors in my world, just a plethora of super talented and creative educators with a dream 🌎 #businesstobusiness #reccomendation #teamwork #childdevelopment #inclusivity #education #network

These wonderful summer nights feel SO good! In our opinion there is no better job than coaching, but coaching in the sun just takes the job to another level! 📈☀️ Tonight I was back coaching again, and it felt amazing! I get such a kick of being out there, rolling back the years, no stresses ( for an hour ) and just having a great time! Tonight’s session was awesome…. 🔴 Lots of smiles on faces! ✅ 🟡 Lots of football, fun and games! ✅ 🔵 Lots of excited children! ✅ 🟠 Lots of water breaks! 💦 ✅ 🟣 Lots of laughing and silliness! ( we just LOVE being silly) 🤪 ✅ Theres nothing I love more than getting the chance to spend time with all of our children, laughing, joking, and quite often acting daft! 🤪 But our goal is to ALWAYS make sure our children have an amazing time in our sessions, to make them feel invincible - ontop of the world in fact! 🌍 and leave with big smiles on their faces - and we will do anything it takes to make that happen! ❤️ #winning #peteacher #sportscoaching #franchising #educator #earlyyears

🫠 THE DISRUPTER! 🫠 Iv been involved in a little more hands on coaching recently ( something we all know I love to do) and try to do as much as I can, when I can! ▶️ To my AMAZEMENT, Carter ( on the left ) has started to show a real interest in football again which I’m obviously delighted with - but one of the classes I teach is the Little Athletes Soccer School- which Carter attends 🤦♂️ I’m not sure if he intends to do so, but he doesn’t half make my job hard work! 😬 Just a few things that he says, does and doesn’t do…… 1) Dad, I want to use my hands today 😫 2) I’m only passing the ball to my friend ( although he always misses the ball, kicks fresh air and falls over 🤦♂️ ) 3) Hey guys copy me - puts bib over his head and face ( kids then copy ) 😬 4) Picks up equipment and rearranges the games and activities 😖 5) Doesn’t stand on the spotters when asked 😕 6) Asks me if he can choose the ‘ Star of the week ‘ and then chooses himself to win the trophy 😂 🏆 7) Tells the children that all the footballs are his ( becasue he’s got 3 little athletes balls in the garden ) 🪴 It’s fantastic coaching your child, it’s great fun, we have lots of laughs, and he is absolutely loving his football again especially now that his little friend Noah from nursery attends with him, and is always cheering him on which is so lovely to see ❤️ - but it certainly comes with its challenges! 😂 Any one else had any similar issues when coaching their own child?! ⚽️ #grassroots #coaching #teaching #football #soccerchool
