"As Operations Manager, I lead and support a fantastic team of subject specialists who deliver high-quality lessons in primary schools. I work closely with head teachers and business managers to ensure we maintain our standards of excellence in every lesson" How many years experience do you have? "I have over 20 years of experience working with children and young people. I have been Operations Manager for LSC for a year now!" What do you love most about your job? "I love being part of a company that makes a real difference in children's lives, whether it's through language, music, drama or PE. It is fulfilling to contribute toa team that positively impacts their development." What do you enjoy doing outside of work? "Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and twin boys, often playing in the backyard.
