The latest stats for LMS Confirmly are in! 💫   We're pleased to see that our identity-checking technology continues to be consistently utilised by law firms who wish to transfer conveyancing funds with confidence. 🔒✅   Of the bank account searches made in the past month, 4.9% generated a no match while 5.3% generated a match with cautions - the respective firms were alerted of the results, thus decreasing the possibility of them sending money to the wrong account.   The data that powers confirmly is relied upon and trusted by lenders, helping firms to ensure they are transferring money to genuine accounts. LMS's latest remortgage snapshot is now available to view! As over 33% of products expire in Q4, an increase in instructions was to be expected. Seasonal remortgage activity kicks in with instructions going up by 24% 📈 The data also shows that many customers are still choosing long-term fixed rates. Our CEO, Nick Chadbourne, says, '2-year fixed rates are the most popular at 44%, closely followed by 5-year rates at 42%, emphasising customers' desire to lock in certainty over the long term.' It's time to view LMS's latest Remortgage Snapshot! 📈🏘 "Given that millions of borrowers remain at the low rates from pre-2022, many are still to be hit by the rate shock of remortgaging," says our CEO, Nick Chadbourne, when considering the latest stats compared to those several years ago.
