Today is a good day. Everyday is a school day and it is important we take the time to learn. We started the day with a Stop and Step Up for Safety breakfast briefing. Where one of our experienced workforce talked us through an accident that they had, doing a normal task, which they had done many times, in an environment they have worked in for years. It was emotional for everyone as they spoke about the day, the accident and the impact it had on them. It provided time for us to reflect on how we work, how we think about tasks that we do (relates to personal life too) and also what the implications can be on ourselves and our wider circle. Really well attended by our depot teams and senior management. 👏 👍Lee Tinney, Daniel Appleby Chartered FCIPD Carl Butlin Debbie Francis OBE Loram UK Ltd #bringingittolife #impact #leadership
