Lifestyles are changing - people are choosing to rent and this site clearly differentiates the quality build to rent product from the rest of the market. A new tenure has been developed for a new market – everyone has a choice of a secure, quality rented home; those who are unable get on the property ladder but still want a well maintained home that they feel secure in and those who could afford to buy but choose a lifestyle that is flexible and fluid with quality, security and maintenance free. The inspiration for Love to Rent came from a realisation that there wasn’t a place to market these new quality rented homes. The traditional property portals don’t differentiate between buy to let and other private rented homes, and these purposely designed and built homes for rent. Love to Rent is the first and only digital marketing website specifically designed for build to rent developments so customers are aware of the additional choice available to them, the quality of product, engaging customer services and security benefits that they offer.
