We're pleased to celebrate the launch of our first Sole Site Building Contractor, REDFERN GROUP LIMITED, with special guest Olivia the official Dulux Dog to celebrate our recent partnership with Dulux Decorator Centre. Redfern has been part of the LV= network for 4 years and look after around 650 claims for our customers every year. They even won Building Contractor of the Year in last year's LV= Supplier Awards.    So, what is a Sole Site? It's when our contractor has dedicated part or all of their business to LV= meaning all work carried out is for LV= customers. This paves the way for better, more consistent communication, lower claim costs and fewer delays. In a nutshell, it’s a better way of working for our Building Contractor Network and helps us maintain the highest standards while controlling costs.   We're currently growing the number of Sole Sites in our network - so watch this space! 💚
