SHS Group appoints new Group CEO 👏 The FMCG group has announced the appointment of Paul Gillow as its new Group Chief Executive Officer. Gillow joins the company from Asda, where he spent over two decades in various senior leadership roles including Category Director, VP of Brand, VP of Commercial Transformation & Strategy, and most recently as VP and Commercial Director of Food. He takes over from Arthur Richmond who is set to retire in 2025 following nearly three decades of service, however, he will remain with the business and transition to a Non-Executive Director overseeing key projects and initiatives. Richmond commented: "It has been a privilege to be part of the Group through the various stages of growth and transformation. I’ve had the opportunity to work with incredibly talented people and I am extremely proud of what we have achieved together.
