In today’s fast-paced world, the importance of building genuine connections cannot be overstated. Whether it’s within the team, with retailers or with our factory partners, strong relationships are at the heart of our business at MAD Product. We are firm believers that connections foster collaboration, spark innovation, and create opportunities for growth; personally, professionally and as a business. We enjoyed our quarterly meet up this week; taking some time away from the day to day to get together and talk about where we are, where we've been and where we're going. Culture isn't built on a good dinner and a game of 'social darts', but we went for it anyway! 🙌

Big shout out to some of the team for flying the MAD flag at the Thames Bridges Trek in aid of Duchenne UK yesterday. 🙌 They trekked 25km through London, crossing 16 bridges accross the Thames. It's a charity close to our hearts at MAD and we're proud to continue to support them, well done Claire Hatwell and Ruth Pearcey! 🤍

In just over a week our very own Matthew Nelson, Claire Hatwell and Ruth Pearcey will be taking part in the Thames Bridges Trek in support of Duchenne UK and #fightforfinn. 25km, 16 bridges (and the guys are hoping for at least one pub stop along the way for 'refreshments'!) They will also have these troopers with them, making it a real family affair! Duchenne UK is a charity really close to our hearts here at MAD Product, and our chosen charity partner. Any support you can show really will make a difference! https://lnkd.in/e9KS56Aq

Benji was an absolute trooper, flying the MAD flag on his recent China trip! At MAD, families matter and we make it work (and we could all be more Benji on our long haul trips, what a legend!)
A China trip with a difference 🇨🇳 This time my son, Benji came along for the ride. Despite him being a chilled, go-with-the-flow kind of a guy, naturally I was still a little apprehensive as to how things would play out because, let’s face it - the flight, the pace, the meetings, the heat are all no joke. But safe to say, he managed FE trip life like a seasoned pro - late late nights, early mornings, napping when given the chance, enthusiastically signing off samples, factory tours, endless meetings, trying new foods but safe in the knowledge that you can order chips on room service later, and just generally having a great time, meeting new people and embracing new cultures. Reminded me of why we started MAD; that nothing is off the table… including a two week China trip with a six year old sidekick. Who says we can’t do it all, hey 💁♀️

Good Luck to our amazing Ruth Pearcey who is going to smash the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge this weekend!! 24 miles, 5,000m of ascent, less than 12 hours. ⛰️⛰️⛰️ Every pound donated to Fight for Finn and Duchenne UK Go Ruth, go...!!!! https://lnkd.in/eTPqAWQB

Cheers to a MAD travel week. There is nothing more motivating and inspiring…. It feeds the soul 🙌 For me, the benefits are huge - time out of the norm, time to dedicate to the team, the business, space to think, seeing new places, learning new things. 48hrs in Turkey has been productive. We’ve designed two customer ranges, planned an entire factory strategy for exciting SS25 projects, reconnected with our Turkey team, finalised specs for 160+ products, had zoom calls with our team in China, designed packaging frameworks, pre-audited a factory, met with a retailer partner, signed off AW24 ranges, discovered another outstanding vineyard and consequently managed to navigate my way through a teeny tiny hangover. And I couldn’t feel more inspired… don’t mind me, I’m just over here living my best MAD Product Ltd life. 🍌🎉
