The acquisition of CRC supports our commitment to good environmental, social and governance practices, with this acquisition marking an important step in our ability to carry out more repairs and reduce wastage.     The MA Group Quarterly Supplier Awards for Q3 have been announced 🥁 🏅 Virtus Surveyor of the Quarter: Ian Lancaster 🏅 During a quieter summer period, Ian attended and contributed to the training sessions we have been running and has been available for all claims assigned to him. During the September spike, Ian was prepared to travel out of his area to assist Virtus – always with positivity, seamless customer communication and quality reporting within SLAs. 🏅 Revival Branch of the Quarter: Revival Sunderland 🏅 A five-star branch, Revival Sunderland consistently delivers high return rates on CSQs and receives 100% customer satisfaction scores. We deal with very few incidents or issues for Sunderland, Paul and the team just get on with it and keep great conversation notes in Pulse – our claims management software. 🏅 MA Assist Supplier of the Quarter – McAdam Property Group 🏅 One of our longest-serving and most reliable contractors. Their above-and-beyond support, exemplary performance and customer care is winner-worthy – as demonstrated by their pro handling of a sensitive case for our largest client, which landed us with a lovely thank you card.     With La Niña predicted to emerge this winter, we wanted to highlight how MA Group’s services are equipped to manage surge events 📈 Adverse weather is a true test of the supply chain in a property claims industry where capacity continues to contract. MA tackles this on three fronts: 🔢 Virtus Validations for surveying and validation 🔥 Revival for fire and flood restoration 🏡 MA Assist for property reinstatement Each supply chain is affected differently and at different times during a surge event, depending on the type of surge and the time taken for them to be appointed – meaning we have the flexibility and varied expertise to direct the right resources at the right time to meet demands for our clients and customers.
