Tomorrow, I’ll be joining a wonderful panel discussion on Recruitment and Retention at the #DayNurseryOwnersConference in Solihull, chaired by none other than Jordan Tully. I can’t wait to catch up with him again - it’s always a pleasure to work alongside such inspiring leaders in our field.
