Let's start the chillaxing weekend on Linkedin with a last post of the week: I have just been asked by #LINKEDIN my opinion on how to approach a superior discussing a potential burn out... and here is my answer knowing that 80 % of the population will experience once depression in their life and often it is linked to a burn out in the modern world, so I have decided to share on my profile too as sporty people but sales wowen and men too are actually big clients for BURN OUTS if they do not manage to balance their life for a number of reasons ! <<< I think it depends of the country but as well the company you are in and its phylosophy and politics! Sadly in some countries expressing burn out will end up quickly the relationship which might be needed anyway but not always! In France, however with a GP certificate (in my opinion a doctor needs to diagnose burn out) and a strong, serious plan to heal Burn Out, it often is an opportunity (not only a difficulty) for the employee or employer! to learn more about : herself/himself, what she/he likes and evolve in the company in a more suited position when possible (or a new more enJOYable job) <<< #CHILL #CHILLING #RESTISPARTOFTHETRAINING #BURNOUT #HEAL #HEALING #OPPORTUNITY #XOMEN

Les limites du métier d'ingénieur commercial de mon point de vue : L'épuisement professionnel des ingénieurs commerciaux est presque inévitable! Malheureusement presque tous ont des cibles à atteindre mais aussi des commissions addictives! Leur profil en lui même souvent de type ENFP (MBTI) les rend très fragiles aux burn outs de tous types. A part la reconversion qui est difficile car les ingénieurs commerciaux adorent leur métier, il n'est pas facile de trouver des solutions! Leur donner des postes à responsabilité ne marche souvent pas. Je conseille alors à chacun de se faire profiler (MBTI ou autres) tout au long de sa vie (nous créons des ponts et changeons) et de ne pas avoir peur de changer de métier tout simplement, toujours garder un œil sur les opportunités et essayer (autant que possible avant qu'il ne soit trop tard). Conclusion : c'est un métier pour les jeunes ;) d'après moi. Alors après demandons à Florence Foresti quand s'arrête la jeunesse?
