Masomo ekibi olarak geçtiğimiz hafta, oyunlarımızın güncel durumu, stratejik önceliklerimiz ve gelecek planlarımızı paylaştığımız bir toplantı gerçekleştirdik. Ayrıca, bizi güçlendirecek hep birlikte yürüyeceğimiz yol haritamızı da paylaştık. Önümüzdeki dönemde, hem oyuncularımıza en iyi deneyimi sunmayı hem de daha güçlü bir ekip haline gelerek emin adımlarla ilerlemeyi hedefliyoruz. Bu sürecin şekillenmesinde katkısı olan tüm ekip arkadaşlarımıza teşekkür ederiz 🙌 -------- As the Masomo team, we held a meeting last week where we shared the current status of our games, our strategic priorities and future plans. We also shared our roadmap that we will walk together to strengthen us. In the coming period, we aim to provide the best experience to our players and to take firm steps forward by becoming a stronger team. Masomo olarak, oyun sektöründe kadınların varlığını güçlendirmeyi ve desteklemeyi hedefleyen Women in Games Türkiye tarafından düzenlenen “We Are in Games” konulu etkinlikteydik. Etkinlik boyunca, Marketing, People and Culture, Art & Design, Product ekibi olarak, kadınların oyun sektöründeki rolleri, deneyimleri ve başarıları hakkında konuşmak için bir araya geldik. Ayrıca, sektörde daha fazla çeşitlilik ve kapsayıcılık için neler yapabileceğimize dair fikir alışverişinde bulunduk. Women in Games Turkey’ e bu güzel etkinlik için teşekkür ederiz. 🤞 💫 ------- We attended the “We Are in Games” event organized by Women in Games Türkiye, which aims to empower and support the presence of women in the gaming industry. Throughout the event, our Marketing, People and Culture, Art & Design, and Product teams gathered to discuss the roles, experiences, and achievements of women in the gaming industry. Additionally, we exchanged ideas on what can be done to promote greater diversity and inclusion in the industry. We thank Women in Games Turkey for this wonderful event.🤞 💫

Bugün IEEE IUE Student Branch Computer Society komitesi tarafından düzenlenen "CS Talks" etkinliğine katıldık ve Masomo olarak etkinlikte yer almaktan büyük bir mutluluk duyduk. Programda ekibimizden Game Developer Emre E., "İyi bir Game Developer olmak için nasıl ilerlemeliyiz?" başlıklı sunumuyla değerli bilgiler paylaşırken, Senior People and Culture Specialist Sevgin Eyüpoğlu, "Masomo'da işe alımlarda dikkat edilmesi gereken kritik noktaları ve staj imkanları" hakkında bilgi verdi ve katılımcılara yol gösterici tavsiyelerde bulundu. Etkinliğin sonunda, katılımcıların sorularını yanıtladık ve oyun geliştirme ile kariyer planlama konularında merak edilenleri konuştuk. Daveti için Ekonomi Üniversitesi'ne teşekkür ederiz. In the program, our team member, Game Developer Emre E., shared valuable insights in his presentation titled "How to progress to become a good Game Developer?" Meanwhile, Senior People and Culture Specialist Sevgin Eyüpoğlu provided information on the critical points to consider during the recruitment process at Masomo and discussed internship opportunities, offering guiding advice to the participants. At the end of the event, we answered the participants' questions and discussed topics related to game development and career planning. We would like to thank the University of Economics for the invitation. We look forward to meeting again at different events! 🎮 👋
