💙 “The Humber Wellbeing Hub played a crucial role in saving a family member of mine from suicide. Their work means families still get to see the people they love. I will forever be grateful to them.” 💙 That’s what one local resident told us about the Humber Wellbeing Hub The hub is a vital support space for those struggling with their mental wellbeing, offering suicide prevention support, bereavement groups, mindfulness walks, and more. Located in the peaceful Humber Bridge Country Park, it provides a safe, welcoming environment for anyone looking to improve their mental wellbeing. Now, thanks to a new film from the Matthew Good Foundation and Big Picture Charity Films, more people can see the hub’s life-changing impact. 📽️📽️📽️ Watch the film & help spread the word: https://loom.ly/A23Qt78 🙌🙌🙌 Get involved by volunteering, fundraising, or sharing this post! We support small charities and social enterprises to amplify their impact
About us
The Matthew Good Foundation was the idea of Tim Good and Matthew Good, both sixth generation custodians of the Good family business – John Good Group. Passionate about the business being a force for good, Tim and Matthew agreed that every year the family business would donate a proportion of profits to the Foundation, so that employees could apply for funds to support the charities they care about. Tragically, while creating the Foundation, Matthew passed away suddenly while taking part in the Humber Half Marathon while raising money for charity. In a tribute to Matthew, the Foundation was launched in his memory. Our first project funded research and promoted safety and best practice in race medicine and the treatment of illnesses commonly found during marathons and other similar events. Today, we work worth with a range of businesses, stakeholders and individuals and partner them with small, innovative charities to deliver positive social impact. Our experience of working closely with small charitable organisations has highlighted that despite making a significant impact on the world around them, there is a funding gap that can be difficult for them to bridge as they take their next steps to growth. We partner with businesses who have a genuine desire to make a difference to people, planet, and their communities. Our tailored charitable giving programmes accommodate different needs and budgets, and we tailor all our packages to deliver our partners' unique charitable objectives.

🌊🐟 The reality of ocean waste is heartbreaking. Watch as the Fathoms Free team works tirelessly to remove ghost fishing gear from our waters, rescuing marine life from entanglement. This footage shows a net pulled up full of dead fish and crustaceans - just one example of the dangers lurking beneath the surface. 💔 To see the full story and understand the need for action, watch the complete film here: https://loom.ly/K6OkYS8 #MarineConservation #FathomsFree #GhostGear #MarineLife #Cornwall
