It’s been a busy couple of weeks for Aaron Brown! Today he’s been speaking at Captive Essentials London 2024, hosted by the experts at Captive Intelligence. This two-day training course is covering all things captive insurance and Aaron spoke earlier today on the evolving trends driving the addition of employee benefits into a captive.

Last week Aaron Brown attended Howden’s Global EB Conference alongside MetLife UK, where he spoke about the value of using a captive for employee benefits and the role captives can play in helping employers address DE&I challenges in their workplace. It was a great session with lots of interesting takeaways.

We joined forces with IEBA (International Employee Benefits Association) yesterday in Paris to host an event focused on the importance of data in planning effective health and wellness programmes. It was a really interesting day with lots of insightful discussion, including Damian Allepuz Lemmens speaking on global healthcare claims and preventative care.
