Maya Capital is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of Knox Court in Cardiff to Urban Centric, for £6.2m. Maya Capital acquired Knox Court in 2015 as part of its regional office investment strategy. Maya had completed two lease regears with Legal & General, before they vacated in December 2023. The building has been sold with vacant possession to be extended and repurposed to a co-living scheme. Maya Capital was advised by James Vivian and Ross Griffin of Savills on this transaction.
