Recently, I had the privilege of delivering training at one of the most iconic institutions in the financial world – Lloyd's of London. Our (MDA Training) focus is on a crucial, yet often overlooked, skill: resilience. For early career professionals stepping into high-pressure environments like the world of insurance and finance, resilience is not just a personal asset—it’s a key to professional success.
