A massive achievement for our clinical team! Over the past few months, we have been working to improve our incident and response time to just 10 days, 18 days below the NHS average of 28. As the Director of Nursing at The Medical and Diagnostic Care Group , I want to echo and support the strong message from NHS England Chief Executive Amanda Pritchard regarding the recent anti-immigration riots. These acts of "deplorable violence, intimidation, and thuggery" are fundamentally wrong and un-British. At MDCG, we stand for inclusivity and diversity. Our team is made up of individuals from various backgrounds and faiths, and this diversity is one of our greatest strengths. Every member of our team is valued, and their unique perspectives and skills are essential to the care we provide. In light of recent events, it's crucial for us as leaders to act and demonstrate zero tolerance towards racism directed at our patients and staff. We must show through our actions that MDCG is a safe and welcoming place for all.
