👋 Say hello to joao paulo amoroso, Customer Service Agent at London’s Heathrow Airport (LHR). Covering early morning shifts, Joao helps passengers check-in and board their flight. During any one shift, he can find himself arranging special assistance, checking-in specialist sports equipment or even overseeing the paperwork required for pets to fly! 🐶 For Joao, it’s the inclusive culture that makes Menzies such a great place to work: “As someone who is disabled, I have always felt very well supported by my colleagues, including managers. 👏 Congratulations to our colleagues at Orlando International Airport (MCO), who recently participated in United Airlines' Rise Against Hunger project. 🍽 Teaming up with colleagues from Alaska Airlines, the group set out to pack 15,000 meals to support the global fight against hunger. By midday, this had been surpassed, meaning that the day’s target could be extended to a staggering 30,000 meals. 👋 Say hello to Nusrat Khanam, Customer Service Agent at London’s Heathrow Airport (LHR), UK. As a Customer Service Agent, Nusrat is responsible for providing a seamless check-in, boarding and departure process for passengers. “Having to find creative solutions to complex problems is a big part of the role,” she explains. “This can be challenging at times but seeing the difference you can make to a passenger is immensely satisfying.” ✅ Nusrat is one of the employees featured in our new Front of House uniform campaign. Commenting on being involved in the roll-out campaign, she says: “It feels great to be playing such a prominent part in this exciting campaign.
