Backed by a family office established in 1933 and run by a management team with over 200 years' combined financial experience. We are committed to building long-term relationships by consistently providing high quality finance and service to our clients. Our funding ranges from £1,000,000 to £50,000,000 for residential, commercial and alternative assets. We have a preference for prime assets and large loans.

A deal we're working on currently is for a private equity backed pub chain requiring a 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 while the company makes operational changes. The objective is to increase the EBITDA to a point that it can meet the required interest coverage ratios. Together with the sponsors, we are seeking to 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆’𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 through this transition period.   • While the supply of capital 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘃𝗲 £𝟭𝟬𝗺 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 is limited, it is a space that we are comfortable in and have significant appetite for. An example of such a requirement would be a request we recently received from a HNW individual with a 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲, 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻. The asset is 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 to redeem the existing lender and allow sufficient time to market and sell the property.     Commercial bridging is a busy area for us right now as investors are taking advantage of new opportunities that have come onto the market, or they are seeking to stabilise their assets for sale or refinancing onto longer term debt.   As an example, we’re working on a senior bridge to a UK fund for their acquisition of a prime office in a strong northern city centre location.
