About us

Over 19 years in the fitness industry, thousands invested in my own development, and having coached 100s of Men has culminated in my 12-week Behaviour Change Transformation program. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭- 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞. I know how hard it can be to stay in great shape with the pressure of building a business, making it successful, and being limited on time. Stress levels are at an all-time high, energy is non-existent and performance is being affected. You know things must change and you want to prioritise your health but don't know where to start. That's where I come in to give you clarity on exactly what works for busy guys like you. Imagine the feeling, of walking into a business meeting with your head held high, shoulders pulled back, filling out a suit in all the right places with a posture and confidence that screams... "this guy means business" I take a no bs approach to health and fitness and keep things as simple as possible. What my clients achieve isn't just about "fitness" it's about stepping up, taking responsibility, and being a role model and leader for their families. The bottom line...when you work with me you get RESULTS. But my program is not for everyone. I only work with Men who want to be at the top of their game and demand more from themselves than just doing OK. If this is you and you are ready for a life-changing transformation? Inbox me saying. "The Lean Project" We'll have a conversation to see exactly where you are now and find out exactly where you would like to get to and put a plan together on how to get you there as quickly as possible. • I want to do your programme Michael ... what’s the cost? Maybe the real question is what’s the cost of NOT doing it? 6 months from now what will life look like without action... Down to your last suit... when you said to yourself you wouldn’t let it get that far? Not having pictures with your family at Christmas. Telling yourself daily that you will sort it out. I've been "busy" at work, is the justification you use. Six more months of feeling tired, stressed, lethargic, and uncomfortable. Not recognizing the man looking back at you in the mirror? Six more months of wishing you took action. Only to get to January 2025, in the same place as last year. What’s the REAL cost? I've coached 100s men to drop body fat, perform at their best and improve all aspects of their lives. I'm taking on 5 commited clients next month. Want to have a conversation about being part of it? Like this post and I will send you details. #health #performancecoach #business #coaching

  • Busy Executives, listen up! Lifting weights is life changing and essential for a high performance lifestyle. As busy executives, you juggle countless responsibilities, but have you considered how investing in your health can elevate not only your well-being but also your career? You Must Lift Weights: Here's a few reasons why. 1. Boost Your Energy Levels: Lifting weights increases your energy and stamina. When you feel good, you're more productive, allowing you to tackle your workload with ease. 2. Improve Focus and Mental Clarity: Research shows that regular strength training enhances cognitive function. With sharper focus and clearer thinking, you’re more equipped to make critical decisions and drive your business forward. 3. Reduce Stress and Improve Mood: The demands of your career can be overwhelming. Weightlifting releases endorphins, helping reduce stress and improve your overall mood. A positive mindset translates to better interactions with colleagues and clients. 4. Enhance Your Physical Presence: As an executive, your presence matters. Building muscle not only boosts your confidence but also helps you command respect and authority in any room. 5. Long-Term Health Benefits: Lifting weights reduces the risk of chronic diseases, keeps your bones strong, and improves overall longevity. A longer, healthier life means more time to enjoy your hard-earned success. 6. Increase Your Earning Potential: Here’s the kicker—being fit can enhance your performance. Studies show that healthier employees tend to earn more. When you bring your best self to the table, you’re more likely to achieve promotions and bonuses. You don’t need hours to commit. Even a few 30-minute sessions each week can lead to significant improvements in your health and productivity. Whether in your home gym or a local fitness center, make strength training a part of your routine. Your body—and bank account—will thank you. #health #performancecoach #coaching #business

  • 𝟑 𝐚𝐛𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐲𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭. 1. Sleep. restful and consistent. 2. Exercise. Regular and consistent. 3. Food. Balanced, nutritious and consistent. Without these 3 fundamentals you are always going to be performing in 2nd or 3rd gear. Let me my give you a few things that can help in each of these areas. 1. Sleep. - Figure out a specific evening routine. When do I need to start winding down? - Put your phone on airplane mode at 9pm. - Write a list for the next day. - Take your email's off your phone. - Journal to help clear your mind. - Exercise - Limit alcohol - Get day light first thing. 2. Exercise - Find something you enjoy - It doesn't have to be a full 60 minute session, find time for 30 minutes. - Schedule it in the same you would a business meeting. - Follow a plan. - Get accountability, co worker, coach or friend - Don't make bs excuses. - Don't let the little voice in the back of your head win. 3. Food - Make small changes to your current diet. - Start by changing 1 meal to a healthy meal, I suggest starting with breakfast. - Eat more protein. - Eat more fruit and vegetables. - Limit processed foods. - Make sure it's sustainable. Which area do you struggle with most? Let me know in the comments. #coaching #business #mindsetcoach #performancecoach

  • Who's pushing & supporting you to go further? I believe having a community of like-minded individuals guiding and encouraging each other is key to success. That's why I've established a community of Men who support and motivate each other to strive for excellence daily. How far could you go in such an environment? • 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭-𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲❓ READ THIS. FOOD is by far the biggest and most important lever when it comes to weight loss. Think about this. We eat at least 3 x a day. There are 7 days in a week. That's 21 meals. Not including snacks, drinks and alcohol. Yet, when it comes to weight loss most people concentrate on exercise. They go to the gym, jump on the x-trainer, lift a few weights. Maybe drop a couple of pounds at the beginning by doing this and cutting back on the food and booze. The problem is. It feels like a lot of hard work for little reward. Getting to the gym takes time. Working out takes effort. Sure for a few weeks you feel good. But life gets busy and you stop. Back to square one. Maybe the gym is not my thing you tell yourself. That is not the problem. The problem is the food. It is an absolute must to change how you eat. I'm not talking extreme diets... I'm talking. 👉 Making better choices. 👉 Raising your consciousness around food. 👉 Eating more calorie dence foods which keep you fuller for longer. 👉 Recognising what triggers you to eat certain foods. 👉 Getting some structure in to how you eat. 👉 Sleeping well so you are not constantly tired and craving sugar. Diets will only work until a point. Find a way of eating that is sustainable and stick to it. It should be flexible without cutting out any food groups. Do the above steps and I guarantee you will move forward with your weightloss journey. #health #business #performancecoach #coaching
