Reading through my social media and email messages today I was reminded of the increased volume of messages and information received recently regarding some changes in the law governing Internet Connected Radio devices, expressing concern for the implications of PSTI, cyber security changes being introduced next year. Derived from the European RED or 'Radio Equipment Directive' surrounding changes to Cybersecurity Requirements for devices carrying the Accreditation Marks and in the UK CE Mark. I am interested to understand what are the impacts of this new legislation upon the industry and business, in particular providers to the IoT and consumer markets. Are these the only sectors seriously affected? I would be very grateful for any comments or additional view points on this extremely important issue with an impending implementation date for early next year.

Thank you to all of you who have followed my page and activity since its first appearance. It has been a very rocky and sometimes demoralising path, as a small business start up, this is the first time in a number of years that I have access to my business services on Linkedin, having had them hijacked by a group of persistent criminals determined to prevent my progress within the Electronics Recruitment space. Having lost low seven figures perhaps I will be able to concentrate on the delivery of resources and services in support of customers within my career business domain. Even now, there are a number of features on Linkedin which are not available to me and that prevent me from promoting my business correctly to the market, but hopefully my followers will continue to voice there concerns on my behalf at the disadvantages still be applied to my accounts by those who have acted against me and the Microsolve business I would like to wish everyone, including those in the the Microsolve practice network a trouble free and prosperous future moving forwards. Field Sales Engineer - SEMICONDUCTORS Permanent - Full-time GERMANY Job Description · Promote the full client portfolio of Semiconductor devices in conjunction with the local marketing teams. · Support customer qualification of the company’s products to enter the approved vendor list (AVL) in cooperation with the local Distributors Sales Teams. · Act as the Distributors first point of contact for escalations and crisis management (e.g., delivery, quality, logistics) in the assigned geographical area for the non-assigned customers. · Define the budget and update forecasts, gap analysis, recovery actions for the assigned geographical area. · Ensure accurate customer profile codification in ST tables (i.e. POS) from customers bill-to up to final ship to. · Establish, Build & Maintain relationships with local Distributors Sales and Marketing organisation, joint customer visits, scheduling support resources where needed, grading opportunities, understanding Distributor needs.to increase Distributor intimacy. · Effectively manage the Companies portfolio lifecycle evolution from new product introduction through Product Change Notification to Product Termination Notice, for the assigned Distributor branch offices. · Running meetings, workshops using product/systems presentations in conjunction with relevant technical experts, for Distributor Sales & Applications teams and to orgaise Distributor training to foster demand creation. · Responsible for Design opportunity funnel/ project tracking and progress sharing i.e. Prism, in the assigned geographical area. · Identify new project customers by understanding customer applications and markets in depth.
