About Midlands Air Ambulance Charity. Midlands Air Ambulance is the charity responsible for funding and operating three air ambulances and a fleet of critical care cars serving the communities of six Midlands counties: Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands. This constitutes the largest air ambulance operating region in the UK. Since our first mission in 1991, we have responded to more than 72,000 incidents as one of the longest established and busiest air ambulance operators in the UK, airlifting up to 12 people every day, 365 days a year. We do not receive any funding from the Government or NHS for our daily missions, we rely on generous support from the public and local businesses to raise the £1 3-14 million needed to remain operational. Midlands Air Ambulance Charity is an independent charity and healthcare provider that is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The aim of the CQC is to ensure patients can expect to receive the essential standards of quality while being treated by our team in the pre-hospital environment.

✨ This Week’s Amazing Supporters! ✨ A huge thank you to everyone who has supported Midlands Air Ambulance Charity this week, your generosity helps keep our lifesaving service flying! 🚁❤️ 🙌 Gloucestershire Volunteers Gill and Karen raised £87.68 at a Morrisons bucket collection, and a big thanks to Gill Coleman, the Morrisons Community Champion, for donating a £15 voucher for a future fundraising event! 🎄 Ripple Short Bowls Matt Club raised an incredible £450 at their Christmas Coffee Morning. It was lovely meeting Sandra Teale and the team, who are huge fans of our charity as they see us flying over Strensham Airbase daily! 💙 Michelle Randle, family & friends have raised £2,638.75 in memory of her beloved brother, Woody. We truly appreciate your ongoing support in his memory. 🍻 Steve Flavell & the 5 O’Clock Club at The Old Bush Inn, Bilston, raised an amazing £1,279 in just six weeks with their bumper raffles, thanks to the generosity of local businesses! 🏡 Parkfield Grange Care Home, Stourbridge kindly hosted our West Midlands Volunteers quarterly meeting free of charge, with exceptional hospitality, thank you! 💇♀️ Beverley Davies sold Christmas merchandise from her hair salon in Willenhall and at local craft fairs, raising £244.50! She also delivered a huge donation to ABHQ and is already planning a psychic night fundraiser in April! 🎓 Highfields School, Wolverhampton welcomed Kay, Zoe & Phoebe at their Careers Evening, where they engaged with 800+ students, thank you for the warm welcome! ❓🍻 Quizmaster Keith & Landlady Barbara from The King Edward VII pub in Halesowen raised £1,530 through pub quizzes! Since 2016, they have raised almost £8,000 for us, what an incredible achievement! ⛳ Jeanette & The Mount Golf & Country Club Ladies Section in Perton, Wolverhampton, chose us as their Charity of the Year, raising £1,120 through golfing competitions and raffles, thank you for your generosity! 🏡 Park View Care Home, Gloucester kindly welcomed us for a talk about our work and donated stock for our shop, along with a cash donation, thank you for your ongoing support! ✈️ Hays Travel - Telford 🎤 Charity Pub Quiz Night! 📅 14th March | 🕡 6:30 PM 📍 Hadley United Services & Village Club Ltd 💸 £5 per person (max team size of 4) – pay at the door!
