With the launch of our updated Thriving At Work Framework this week - now featuring the latest best practices and academic evidence - we wanted to showcase how A&O Shearman used the previous version to shape the firm's approach to workplace mental wellbeing. A landmark international study from our partners, the The Global Business Collaboration for Better Workplace Mental Health - which gathers insights and experiences from over 12,200 workers across 12 countries. It provides a global picture of the state of workplace mental health, including the fact that half of employees admit to ongoing mental health challenges, with marginalised groups feeling most strained.
