📣 We are a community group that creates the space for people to discuss books, podcasts and articles about the mind. 💭 We want to create an environment where people can pro-actively learn, reflect and talk about the mind. 🧠 We believe that through reading, listening and sharing we can equip each other with tools and insights to create better habits for our minds! 💰 100% of profits from our events are donated to Mental Health charities - so far we have raised £317.50.
