We recently came across an article that discussed how to navigate a ‘squiggly’ #careerpath” which talked about how the world of work has changed, and that #careerprogression is no longer linear. It was a brilliant article, which got me thinking about how the (already damaged) leadership model is broken in a post-COVID world.
