A great teaching session on Monday at a local marketing company provided at no cost to the organisation with thanks to Minerva Elite Performance and with funding from the UKSPF Herefordshire Business Support Allocation. They asked for a course aimed at improving mental health in the workplace. We covered understanding mental health, stigma, stress, anxiety, substance abuse and methods of improving workplace mental health culture. As always, an interactive session with varying exercises to help improve understanding. The drawings were as creative as you would expect from a marketing company and, I have to say, they were the best I’ve seen yet. They embraced the topic and gave lots of thought to the content. Great representation of how people look at the top and bottom of the mental health continuum were produced. Thank you for having me Pocket Rocket Marketing and thank you for the amazing feedback.
