We was able to locate a culvert running through the property and started our surveying works from there. 🟠 It's always quite interesting seeing an old culvert but usually we find a few issues. Unfortunately on this one the whole invert of the culvert had dropped, along with some of the stone masonry and it had opened up inside the customer's front garden. This was allowing the constant flow of water to escape the culvert and bring in the surrounding ground. 🟠 We was able to prove this by adding drain dye into the sink hole. This then quickly flowed through into the culvert from under the walls in the suspected areas and captured all on our CCTV unit.
