It is with a mixture of emotions that we announce the retirement of Jeff Turner, Managing Director of Bspoke Underwriting and Miramar Underwriting Limited. Jeff will be stepping down from his roles within the Bspoke Group at the end of March. We extend our deepest gratitude to Jeff for the contributions he has made to our businesses. While we will miss his guidance and leadership, we wish him a long and enjoyable retirement. In light of this decision, we are making some changes to the leadership structure of Bspoke Underwriting and Miramar Underwriting. These changes are designed to enhance our operational efficiency and ensure the continued focus on underwriting excellence. To this end, we are delighted to welcome Clare Knight to our business. Clare will assume the role of interim Managing Director, leading both the Bspoke Underwriting and Miramar Underwriting teams, particularly bringing her skills to bear on operational aspects of our businesses. Clare is already well-known within the Bspoke Group and has been an integral part of our drive to modernise our onboarding processes through innovative technology. The current teams will be essential in supporting Clare to help ensure that our underwriting capabilities stay strong and adaptable to market needs.

As the year draws to a close, we would like to say a huge thank you to all of our brokers, clients, business partners and collaborators, for your continued support and partnership this year.
