About us
We are a small business based in Southampton, Hampshire with one goal in mind and that is to close the spares gap market.. as we know that often time when owning and running a Vehicle that is 20 + years old getting hold of spare parts is not always that straight forward .. We provide a Bespoke 3D Modelling Service to reverse engineer parts that do not have drawing packs any more and then to reproduce these in a variety of materials according to the need and application .. 3D printing or additive manufacturing is a process of making three dimensional solid objects from a digital file. The creation of a 3D printed object is achieved using additive processes. So what materials can we reproduce parts in? This Material list is not exhaustive : PLA ABS Carbon Fibre HIPS Silicone TPU Aluminium Steel Copper Inconel Titanium Glass bend Wax Additive manufacturing uses data computer-aided-design (CAD) software or 3D object scanners to direct hardware to deposit material, layer upon layer, in precise geometric shapes. . It is defined as the process of joining materials to make objects from 3D model data, usually layer upon layer. The Core of what we do is providing a bespoke 3D Printing Service. Why 3D Print? Speed to Market, Cost Saving, reduced Waste, Recycled Plastic .. so Kinder to the environment..

From what I understand in the market, people have a very loose understanding of the technology and the outcome of the end product. This is possible because we as consumers are used to the idea of plastic parts being injection molded and the perception is that a plastic part that is 3D printed will have the same surface finish as a part that is injection molded. What we need to understand is that both processes can and do produce the same finished parts yet through different methods and therefore the end product may perform differently from each other based on the application This technology involves layering materials to build objects from digital models, offering unparalleled precision and customization. Key applications include rapid prototyping services, where engineers can quickly test and iterate designs, significantly reducing development time and cost.

Comparative Analysis of #3Dprinting Filaments: Bambulab, Creality, Raise3D, Overture, and BASF The world can be a very confusing place especially when you have a product that you want to produce or you may already have a 3D Printer, but when you start to look for the right materials to use there are so many different brands. I know it can be confusing to know which is the right material and also which is the best brand to use. The #manufacturing of 3D print #materials is not properly regulated, so there is no minimum standard for producing materials of high quality. So to be able to find the right material for your #project that will produce a quality product the first time can take a lot of time and money to get right. So to try an offer some help I put together some data across some of the most common materials that we get requests for and compared those across some of the better brand names that we have used in the past. It is my own personal assumption that we have turned the corner when it comes to 3D Printing products because we have moved away from purely printing prototypes to printing functional parts in a range of composite plastics, resins, and metals. One of the shortfalls of printing a functional part in plastic is that it can wear very quickly especially if you are producing parts that need to or have a screw fixture. If you are going to screw the part together and then never undo that screw for the life of the product then that is great but what if you have a product that contains electronic or mechanical parts that may need maintenance and therefore will require a fairly regular unscrewing to open and then screwing it to close again. It would not take too long to wear out and have to be replaced, especially if the locking screws are metal. Now that we are moving to more functional 3D Printed parts, I will put to you the reasons why designing and adding metal inserts would be a massive advantage to your 3D Printed assembly. 🕯 Increased Strength: Threaded inserts provide a more robust threading compared to directly tapping the 3D printed material. 🕯Durability: Metal inserts are more wear-resistant, prolonging the life of the threaded connection. 🕯Heat Resistance: Inserts are often made of metal, which can withstand higher temperatures than plastic. 🕯Ease of Assembly: Inserts simplify the assembly process by providing reliable and repeatable threads. 🕯Reusability: Threaded inserts allow for repeated assembly and disassembly without degrading the threads. 🕯Load Bearing: They can support higher loads compared to printed threads. #manufacturinguk #manufacturing #buyer #purchasing #engineering BNI Hampshire UK ONLE Networking Meeow Online Networking Manufacturing Engineering

#creality is releasing the K2 Plus Multi Colour 3D Printer this summer and it will be a game changer in the 3D Printing world with a Build Volumn of 350 x 350 x 350 and a print speed of 600 mm/s... Last year they launched the K1 and the K1 Max which are fantastic machines. The K1 has a Build volumn of 200 x 200 x200 and the K1 max has a build volumn of 300 x300x300, both these #machines have a print speed of 600 mm/s but what makes the K2 impressive is not only the Build Volumn but it will also dual material allowing to print with 4 different types or colors in a single print. Moving away from mono-color prints to more exciting multi-color prints. The K1 combo, also allows the user to daisy chain up to 4 combo allowing you to print using 16 different materials of colors on a single build plate without having to change materials. This opens up a completely different field of possibilities when #3Dprinting. #manufacturing #manufacturinguk #smallbusiness #hampshire #3dprinting BNI Hampshire UK Meeow Online Networking ONLE Networking #autmotive Metal Additive Manufacturing magazine Manufacturing Technology Project L.L.C. watch this Video from Creality

With 3D Printing becoming more mainstream these days with the reasonably priced Desktop printers being far more affordable it is becoming easier to chur out custom made items at a faster pace than ever before. 6 or 7 years ago the only desktop home printer that produced really good quality prints was the Pursa most other manufacturers were chasing them but fell far behind. Jump forward a few years and now Creality and Bambulab are producing affordable Hyperspeed Desktop 3D Printers that rival most of their competitors in the same price range, £1000.00 or less for a good quality standard Desktop 3D Printer The Quality of the prints that the Creality K1 and K1 Max produce is fantastic, so much so that after we invested in 2 K1 Max and a K1 , within 3 months we were awarded the best quality 3D Print Service in the New Forest #smallbusiness #manufacturinguk #classiccars #engineering ONLE Networking Meeow Online Networking Hampshire Chamber of Commerce
