The annual Molly Ollys Cycle Ride is complete and over £80,0000 has been raised! It has been an incredible three days cycling from Brighton back to Warwick and truly demonstrated the power of teamwork, perseverance and spirit. We are incredibly grateful for the determination and dedication shown by our 50 cyclists who braved particularly horrendous weather conditions on Friday and finally the sun appeared on Sunday for the welcome home. Thank you to each and everyone one of them and all our support crew, Paul from New Horizon Logistics, Jeremy from Affordable Warmth Solutions CIC and our cheery van man, Charlie. Thanks also to our photographer /cyclist John Cleary 📷 and to our route man, Duncan. A special mention Oakland International Limited for their lorry to transport all the bikes to Brighton and to their 17 cyclists. Thank you also to Warwick Racecourse for allowing us to use you as a departure base again and to all the venues along the route Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland | Formerly Jurys Inn, Premier Inn Winchester and Witney , PizzaExpress Witney, The Golden Lion Pub Winchester, The Red Lion At Claverdon, The Durham Ox Shrewley and to all the brilliant musicians organised by RockinWarren who performed at the welcome home. Final thanks to everyone who supported with donations. Amazing! Why not join us in 2025 ? Get in touch with rachel@mollyolly.co.uk and help make a very real difference to children facing life threatening differences.

Where are you going on your #Ollydays? Can your company help us spread awareness of how we help children with life-threatening illnesses? All you need to do is take an Olly The Brave with you on special days out or for company events and share on social media. Dont forget to tag in Molly Ollys and help us to raise awareness of our therapeutic toy and the accompanying books that help children through their treatment jouney when facing illnesses such as cancer @MollyOllys and add #Ollydays. We can't wait to see where he goes! Thanks to our supporters at Shoosmiths Birmingham he has been to Ascot, a Girls Aloud concert, met the England football team, seen Peter Kay to name but a few. Where next??

Hugo setting a great example of how anyone, any age can help to make a difference. This is a particularly lovely idea. Thankyou Hugo! What a superstar fundraiser you are! 💕
We go again. What a way to spend my day off. After smashing his initial £200 target, Hugo set off on a mission to raise a whopping £1000 for Molly Ollys. Cake sales, Dress down days and now an Adopt a Bear stall. He spent hours searching high and low for unloved teddies that needed rehoming. Cleaned them, named them and they are ready to go! Keep going Hugo. Proud of you! https://lnkd.in/ewJRQ-Xm

Being in hospital for long periods of time can be tough. Often the wishes that we receive are for items that help to keep children occupied. Different games, toys or devices can help make the trips and stays in hospital more bearable. Ava is 8 years old and is currently undergoing treatment for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia and she requested a Nintendo Switch. According to her Mum, "Ava is so grateful and excited, she hasn’t put them down. She says thank you all so much for these and these will make her hospital stays much more enjoyable. Thank you all so much!" Could your company become a regular donor or donate a products or service for our wishes? Email rachel@mollyolly.co.uk with your ideas!

Great to see our therapeutic toy, Olly The Brave on ITV This Morning today with the play team at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust . With the support from our donors we donate these toys and the accompanying books to hospitals across the UK. They can make a big difference to children and help reduce anxiety and fear. Help us donate more Ollys. www.mollyolly.co.uk #ollythebrave

Last Thursday was the 12th Annual Golf Day at Fulford Heath Golf Club. Once again the weather was kind and the golfers were hugely generous. It was great to see so many there and to be supported by Barclays, Shoosmiths West Mercia Fork Trucks, Metro Shipping, JS Wright, SCC, Affordable Warmth Solutions, Ridge and Partners LLP, Siddall Jones Limited, Advanced Vehicle Contracts and Wolseley Pipe Centre. A massive thank you to the amazing Dean Pugh who has organised every golf day! This event alone has raised over £300,000 since 2012.

Do you have any favourite memories of going on holiday as a child? Using your valuable donations, we were able to let one family make those special memories with a holiday to Cornwall! Macey, who suffers with a Malignant Rhabdoid Tumour and her family wanted to create some magical memories with a little holiday. Macey's mum said: 'You helped us out with a holiday for my daughter last year to Cornwall when she finished her treatment! I just want to say thank you so much as it was the perfect getaway and Macey loved being able to go to the beach! We dealt with a lovely lady and nothing was too much trouble!'. Molly Ollys are happy to help create smiles in challenging times. #ChildhoodMemories #ChildhoodCancer #MakingMemories #CharitySupport #Donations #MollyOllys

Our wishes are about creating lovely memories and sometimes only need to be a simple shopping trip. Faith, who suffers from Acute Promyelocytic Leukaemia, wanted vouchers to go shopping with her Mum without the worry of paying so they could enjoy their time together. Faiths Mum said: "I just wanted to say thank you so much for giving Faith an experience of a lifetime where she went shopping picking stuff that she loved and me not having to worry about not being able to pay for them...We have a long way ahead of us but people like you make the journey better you shed some light in the darkness thank you ever so much." Some of our corporate sponsors donate a wish every month to help us make dreams like Faiths come true. Could your business help? Contact rachel@mollyolly.co.uk, we would love to hear from you!
