Dylan joins as a Senior Consultant within our Private Practice team, focusing on connecting lawyers with opportunities at the leading US and UK firms in London and abroad. Prior to joining Montresor, Dylan worked for a global legal recruitment agency in London and Sydney where he focused on connecting legal talent with opportunities across the world’s major jurisdictions including the UK, US, Europe, Australia, Asia, Middle East and off-shore. Cassie joins on a consulting capacity, focusing on our In-House perm offering across both the UK and internationally. Cassie has over 14 years of legal recruitment experience at two global search firms, with her client base including media, entertainment, and sports conglomerates, pharmaceutical companies, technology firms and global financial institutions. Cassie takes pride in cultivating a talent pool of top-tier lawyers, both locally and internationally, who are seeking to relocate or advance within the legal sector. By regularly visiting clients and candidates around the globe, Cassie has established strong personal and professional relationships, helping candidates secure their ideal roles. What is my firm saying to me is behaviour that will be rewarded? What are the rules of the game?
