To mark World Mental Health Day 2024, our fantastic Wellbeing Committee have arranged fresh fruit and smoothies across all of our offices. Though mental health and wellbeing is a continuing discourse, World Mental Health Day is an opportune time to remember how important that discourse is. Wellbeing is an integral, though often neglected, aspect of our daily and working lives. It is so important to be able to look after our wellbeing whilst we deliver a service to our clients. If we are unable to be our best selves, then we are unable to perform at our best. A workplace that prioritises the wellbeing of its employees directly translates to happy clients. How to support mental health at work: 1. Talk about your feelings 2. Be mindful of your activity levels 3. Eat well 4. Drink sensibly 5. Manage your relationships 6. Ask for help 7. Take a break 8. Do something you're good at 9. Accept who you are 10. Care for others Find out more - https://lnkd.in/e6Ek_wbe #WorkplaceMentalHealth #WorldMentalHealthDay #mentalhealthmatters
