What does this say about you? One thing that drives me mad in our office is when I see a cardboard tube on the toilet roll holder!! Is it just me? Or is it considered disrespectful/laziness to expect the next person to change it, after you have just used the last? Anyone else agree? #rantoftheday

Do your staff like working for you? As an Employer I can honestly say that considering the mental health of my staff is the most important part of my job! And I think my team would say I do it well ❤️ I am conscious of how hard they work, and how physically demanding cleaning is. Also, that it is a highly under appreciated profession 😢 Ways Môr Cleaning Ltd help our staff 🩵 Open Communication - Our staff know that they can talk to me about anything and everything and that my door is always open. I regular check in on them, especially if I feel something is up. 🩷 Work-life Balance - I appreciate we all need work life balance. We invest in the best software and communication apps to ensure that our staff are not being constantly bothered outside of work hours and they know their rota, notes for the job etc in advance by an app 🩵 Flexible Working - They are able to book appointments off, attend school events etc without having to use their holidays. We close for Christmas to ensure that they have this quality time with their families. 🩷 Appreciation - I appreciate every single member of our team, and they know it! We regularly forward on feedback to tell them what an amazing job they are doing with our review rating process. We send them little appreciation gifts through the post every few months to thank them for their hard work. 🩵 Staff surveys - we appreciate them telling us if we are doing a good job as their employer and regularly send anonymous staff surveys to ask what improvements can be made to make their job easier and make working for Môr Cleaning Ltd more enjoyable. 🩷 Eco-products - we use the best eco- products to ensure we are looking after our staff's health and not subjecting them to toxic chemicals as a result of their profession.
