⛰️ Morgan King Mountain Month ⛰️ As you may have seen in our previous posts, Sam Sykes and Liam Morgan are climbing 5 mountains over 5 weeks in June to raise money for three amazing charities. We asked them both what supporting the chosen charities means to them: The Alzheimer's Society: Sam said "My Godfather is currently suffering with Alzheimer's and I want to do all I can to raise money for this charity. They offer so much care and support to the individuals suffering with the disease and their families who are also affected." Epilepsy Action: Liam said " My Auntie passed away last year due to the side effects of Epilepsy which shook my family. Epilepsy Action raise awareness around Epilepsy and assist individuals and families dealing with it, offering training and platforms for discussions around Epilepsy. If we knew more about epilepsy, maybe more could have been done." The Lighthouse Club: Both Sam and Liam said: "This charity is close to both our hearts with us both working in the construction industry. The Lighthouse Club offers financial and emotional support to workers of the construction industry. They have a wide range of support services including our 24/7 helpline, text support services, self-support app and support groups in your local area."
