We're thrilled to share that our regeneration project in Oakengates, Telford, is making good progress 👷   We've reached a significant milestone with all structural alterations now complete.   Next, we'll be installing trad deck fall protection, followed by a full strip of the old roof. We're undertaking a unique approach, spinning the roof pitch 90 degrees and then refelting to ensure the building is fully watertight 🌧️   This project presents some interesting challenges, particularly with tight access and limited storage, but we're making excellent progress thanks to our incredible on-site team.   Follow the project here: https://lnkd.in/e8TQFNrQ #MorrisProperty #Telford #Construction

Development is progressing well at Stadium Point Business Park in Shrewsbury! 🏗️ We're in the final stages of roofing, solar panel installation, and safety measures on Units 3 & 4, prepping for the gas membrane and upcoming flooring work. Outside, Zone 1 Phase 2 tarmacing and line markings are almost complete, with bike shelters and other amenities being installed. Morris the Polar Bear (our Senior Quantity Surveyor, Alex Morris) and his support team made the most of the beautiful sunshine today with a walk/jog/run around Shrewsbury's Quarry Park.   With just 61 days to go until the London Marathon 2025, Alex is working hard on his training plan. Oakengates Nursery School has opened its new, purpose-built facility following official handover from our construction team to Telford & Wrekin Council. The new nursery has a capacity for 108 students and is designed to improve early years education facilities in the area. It features cutting-edge learning environments, outdoor spaces for exploration and play, and dedicated parking for ease of access. Mark Bennett, Contracts Manager said: “We’re delighted to have delivered this high-quality nursery facility for the children at Oakengates Nursery. It’s been a rewarding project, and we’re pleased with the finished result.
