Your goal as team supervisor is for the service administration team to deliver the highest possible level of customer service through optimised planning of all required Mouldex works, whilst achieving the highest level of efficiency through monitoring and developing relevant procedures and training, motivating and leading the team. As team supervisor you are expected to be as much a part of the team handling all daily tasks, as you are to set the example of excellent customer service and administration. When required you need to be able to rise above the team and make decisions for the benefit of the company. As team supervisor you are to create and maintain a professional, friendly, inspiring work environment with an open communication culture. You will need to guide, monitor, lead and on a daily basis manage a team of service administrators. You are responsible for clearly communicating goals, standards and procedures and for motivating the individual employees within the team as well as inspiring positive communication and cooperative working within the team and with others in the company.
