Latest #bacs #payments data indicates that 58% of all #DirectDebit Service Users are still set up to give a minimum of 10 working days notice. 26% only give 3 working days notice and the majority of those are facilities management providers. This suggests that most organisations that collect direct debits do not realise that you can reduce the advance notice period. If you collect and are #bank sponsored then maybe it is worth contacting them to reduce this period. More information here on how and why:- https://lnkd.in/dYX2W2yX
