Adhering to best practice safety principles, regulations and industry standards is just one reason why we have been successfully operating for 50 years. Our background: We are a well-established family run business that has been providing access solutions to the construction industry since 1974. Established by Michael and John Trayfoot, today the business is run by sons Matthew and John Jnr alongside Frank Pickford as Contracts Director. We believe that together with our excellent team of scaffolders and management we provide a great service earning us our long standing reputation for success. As they have done for years, M R Scaffolding Services Ltd continues to support the #constructionscience #studyabroad program. Matt Trayfoot and James Davies hosted our students on two of their sites this past week. First we got to see their impressive scaffolding work on an exterior project in Aldermanbury Square. On this site the building cladding is in need of work requiring scaffolding over the entire 17-building. The students were fascinated by the amount of material required to build and support this scaffolding project, as well as the intricate system of tying the scaffolding into the building. Next they took us to a renovation site where most of the scaffolding is on the interior of the building, including a large portion in a central atrium of the building. Part of the interior scaffolding works included a lifting system that will be used to list a spiral staircase into place. A great day of fascinating sitevisits and #experientiallearning for the students. Overbury Charity Quiz 2025 Well done to David Duffy, Richard Goddard Barry Parrott , Tom Osmond & the rest of the Overbury team for organising an amazing night, which hosted 1,000 people for a quiz. M R Scaffolding Services Ltd had a full table and loved the evening. What a night!
