Yesterday our southern team took an outing to our recently completed #HaleWharf #community in #Tottenham.   At #HaleWharf, we’ve worked with partners to create a welcoming new waterside #neighbourhood with over 500 #newhomes, two new public bridges connecting residents with a local nature reserve, improved transport routes and #publicspaces. The new #neighbourhood was recently shortlisted for 'Place of the Year' at this year's #Pineapples 🍍   A big thank you to Grainger PLC, who invited us for a tour of their new #buildtorent homes. We’ve also delivered 191 #affordable homes for Haringey Council, as part of the second phase. Yesterday our Managing Director, Phil Mayall, joined UK PropTech Association (UKPA)'s "Building Resilience & Growth in the Year Ahead" event. Supported by Google and in association with the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, the event brought together leaders, innovators and policymakers to explore the #PropTech landscape. Phil joined speakers from Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, SEGRO plc, Google Cloud, PUBLIC and Alpha Property Insight to share insights, explore #innovation and #collaboration, and draw lessons from #DigitalTransformation in other industries. It was great to see so many organisations come together and engage in such meaningful conversations, especially in the amazing backdrop of Google’s event space.
