myHRdept has provided outsourced HR services to UK SME employers since 2002, we also provide ER support to in-house HR teams. Our Company provides the full range of HR services one would expect from an in-house HR team. These include employment law advice, employment contracts, HR policies, case management of HR processes (parental laws, disciplinary, grievance, discrimination, working time, absence, performance etc.), administrative services, TUPE and redundancies, recruitment, document management, absence and holiday software etc. We are a privately owned Company located to the West of London but with clients throughout the UK. We have built an excellent reputation for customer service, pragmatism and commercially focussed HR. We also support the UK arms of businesses based in Spain, France, New Zealand, South Africa, Pakistan, Jersey, the USA and others. Our staff include a former practicing employment solicitor, a Coca-Cola HRD and highly experienced and qualified people from Harrods, KFC, RHM, DHL and Birdseye, amongst others. We also have a specialist recruiter. We are experienced people bound by a desire to help smaller employers with our expertise and to provide impartial, independent support to in-house HR teams.
