What a weekend we’ve all got heading our way. Some maybe glued to the footie, others will glued to the Galway Film Fleadh. This event is like no other, and it holds a special place in the heart of the My SMASH Media founders as it’s where the idea for SMASH was developed. We’ll be there holding 2 pitching workshops, one is open to everyone (sign up below - it’s free ) and one will be tailored-made for the 10 incredible projects that will pitch to the Wild Atlantic Pictures Industry Panel on Sunday. In the theatre, Tech Rehearsals are special events. Different elements of a production come together.  The action leaves the safety of the rehearsal space and climbs onto the stage for the first time. Pristine costumes and props get placed into the hands of those who will be using them and there’s a growing excitement about the imminent arrival of the audience. The SMASH team are currently immersed in the our Tech Rehearsal stage, our Devs have been working hard to deliver tools for the SMASH Cupid team. The applications are about to close for The University of Edinburgh AI Accelerator.  SMASH was part of last year's cohort and we found it a valuable experience. Not only for the business insights afforded by a crack team of scaling-up professionals but also from the wider Startup community.  We were surrounded by incredible people with inspiring companies who shared their insights generously and honestly. It was a great 6 months and the time raced by, we’re a stronger company as a result.
